The facilities are top-notch! I appreciated the cleanliness and relaxing pool area, along with friendly and accommodating staff.

Rooms could use a makeover with more vibrant décor!!! Noise from the main road can be bothersome if your room faces it. Staff communication could be improved with more bilingual support for international guests!!!

Lovely stay with friendly staff
I had a wonderful experience during my two-night stay. The hotel features beautiful grounds and a very relaxing pool area. The breakfast was delightful, offering a great variety of options including fresh fruits and tasty breads. I appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, with many speaking English, which made things easier. The only area for improvement would be having an in-room ironing board as it would enhance convenience for guests.

I had a great time staying here! The pool and garden were so relaxing, and breakfast had such a tasty variety. Unfortunately, the one person who spoke English was not enough for a 5-star hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Cortez. The beautiful grounds and the pool area were perfect for relaxing with a drink in hand. My room was clean and comfortable, and the staff always went out of their way to be helpful. It was great that many spoke English, making communication easy. The breakfast spread was fantastic, offering a variety of options to start the day. I especially enjoyed the omelette station. However, I found the room quite basic and it could use some upgrades, especially an ironing board. The air conditioning unit didn't stay on while I was out, so returning to a hot room was less than ideal. Overall, this hotel is a solid choice, but a few improvements would make it even better.

great amenities but lacks multilingual staff
The pool was inviting, providing a refreshing escape from the heat. The garden was a lovely spot for breakfast, surrounded by greenery. It’s conveniently located. we enjoyed a 15-minute walk to the city center. Guests also appreciated the beautiful garden where breakfast was served, enhancing the morning experience.
Only one staff member spoke English, which can be a challenge in a 5-star hotel.

A pleasant hotel overall, with a lovely pool area surrounded by gardens, perfect for unwinding after meetings. The restaurant offers a decent variety, though my room had an AC issue that diminished comfort. Despite this, the staff's attentiveness made a positive impact on my stay.
